“I can only comment from my service this week and especially today. I went to Best Garage Newport on Monday to buy and have some Tyres fitted to my SUV and the appointment was made for today Thursday 14th May. As soon as I arrived I was met by one of their staff outside , parked my car and handed my keys over. I went and had a coffee and returned 1 1/2 hrs later and the Tyres/ car was ready to go.
